"If you’re reading this review, then you have made the wise decision not to do your own pool care or repairs. Your time is much better spent doing other things! I have been a customer of Personal Touch for about a decade, and they have been nothing but excellent. I have used them exclusively for years for weekly service, as well as numerous repairs. If you aren’t aware, pool equipment occasionally breaks. Nature of the beast. I’ve never had any issues with either the work they performed or their business operations.
